- 1st column (1166) = tape's number
- 2nd column (LOUISIANA RED) = artist / title
- 3rd column (Live) = description
- 4th column (PR) = Private Recording, taken from audience
- 5th column (Liège) = Origin (or reference to the book by David Meeker "Jazz in the Movies")
- 6th column (1998) = date
- 7th column (1) = quality ratings
- 0 = excellent
- 1 = very good - good (first generation)
- 2 = good – acceptable (second or third generation)
- 3 = collectors only
- 8th column (P) = standard
- P = Pal
- B = Black & White
- S = Secam (cannot be copied)
- ntsc = ntsc (cannot be mixed with any other standard)
- 9th column (85) = length in minutes (approximately)
